Essentials
- Small bottle of Titebond glue or equivalent
- 120-220 grit sandpaper
- 60-80 grit sandpaper for aggressive sanding (selected kits only)
- Sanding block
- Tape measure
- Combination or steel square
- Spray adhesive
- Utility knife
- Small hammer
- Needle-nose pliers
- Two bar clamps which open to 12″
- Old steam iron
- Laminate or Mill file
- Small block of wood for applying pressure
- Rags or towels
- Water
- 1/16″ drill bit or centering bit
- Awl or small nail set to mark holes
- Strapping tape and/or duct tape
- Scissors
- One small tube of acrylic paint to accent engraving
- Fine steel wool and wax
- Three business cards or cardstock (for drawer spacing during construction)
Optional
- pin nailer with 3/8″ pins and a small air compressor
- Extra one or more clamps
- Orbital sander
- Spray gun for lacquer
